Inquiry form

The inquiry form on this website prepares an email in your own email app with the details you entered. Nothing is submitted through this website until you send that email yourself, and the website keeps no copy of what you type.

Your email goes to the ChoicePix team at support@choice-pix.com, whose mailbox is hosted by Microsoft 365. We use it only to answer your inquiry. Inquiry emails are kept in the ChoicePix mailbox for up to 12 months and are not sold or shared for marketing.

Technical data

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard, short-lived request logs for security and reliability, as any hosting provider does. The website itself does not set tracking cookies.

Browser storage

This site stores two small preferences in your browser: your language choice and whether you dismissed the school introduction. Neither contains personal information, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Analytics

No analytics or advertising trackers are enabled on this website. If privacy-friendly, cookieless visit statistics are added later, this notice will be updated first.

Family photo galleries

Links to view or order photographs lead to ChoicePix's gallery provider, GotPhoto (choicepix.gotphoto.com), and for some events to Pixieset. Those services have their own privacy policies and handle your access code, gallery, orders, and payment.

The portraits shown here are ChoicePix photographs used with permission for marketing. If you are a parent or guardian with a question about a photograph, contact the studio.

Children

This website is intended for parents, guardians, students, and school staff. It does not offer accounts and does not knowingly collect information from children.
