What does our school need to prepare?
We coordinate the schedule, student roster, and identification details with your campus. Your school needs internet access to receive yearbook files, but staff do not need special software.
Do you photograph on campus or in the studio?
We offer photography on campus and at our Laredo studio. Contact us to coordinate a school program or discuss a senior portrait session.
Is there a cost to the school?
No. ChoicePix handles picture day without requiring the school to purchase photography services. Schools also get a 15% donation from all profits from sales of school pictures.
How do families get their photographs?
Families open their private gallery using their access link or student code. They can view photographs and choose products there. Purchased digital photographs are delivered electronically.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase. Families choose the photographs they want to buy. The products and prices for their session appear in their gallery.
What if I cannot find my code or need help with an order?
Contact the studio at (956) 477-1545 or support@choice-pix.com. The local team can help with photo access and order questions.
When will photos be ready? Can we arrange a makeup or retake?
Dates depend on the school program or session. Check with the studio for photo availability, makeup or retake arrangements, and delivery options for your order.
